Q1. Assertion(A): Equal treatment for the equals is the first principle of justice.

Reason (R): This principle of justice is justified in every case.

Ans. (d) The Assertion is correct but the Reason is incorrect.

Q2. Assertion (A): The marginalized sections of the society should receive some special treatment from the government to meet their basic necessities.

Reason (R): Health, education and drinking water are basic necessities of every individual.

Q3. Assertion (A): The capitalists believes in the idea of non-intervention of the government in terms of distribution of resources.
